A seven minute masterclass with Carolyn McGregor AM, 2015 Advance Global Australian Technology Innovation Award winner. As Canada Research Chair in Health Informatics Carolyn has lead ground breaking research to enable high frequency data to be used to improve health and wellness. Carolyn shared her research vision of how analysing every heart beat and every breath can now give premature babies a better chance at life, tactical operators better ways to manage their physical and mental health and help astronauts manage their health so they can make great discoveries when they go to Mars and beyond.
Held at the iconic Sydney Opera House on 14 September, The Advance Global Australian Summit and Awards celebrated international Australians who exhibit remarkable talent, exceptional vision and ambition. The Awards are the only of its kind to recognise the contributions of the one million Australians living abroad, and those who have returned home. More information at www.globalaustralianawards.com.
